The laboratory has a green house for propagating small plant experimental materials and a lath house for keeping potted plants. In addition, the laboratory also has some facilities for some stress physiological studies. The accessories of the green house and lath house includes several small laboratory rooms, equipped with a growth chamber, photo spectrometer, flame spectrometer, pH meter and other small instruments. Hydroponics experiments, analysis of mineral elements and sample pretreatment can be done locally here. |

The laboratory is located in Hunan Agricultural University's campus, which is along the bank of the zigzag shaped Liuyang river and its landscape is very beautiful. Not far from the campus is located the famous beauty spot "Window of the World". The downtown area of Changsha city has a lot of places to visit, such as the Yuelu mountain resorts, Martyr's Park and the provincial Botanic Gardens. Transportation from Changsha to other beauty spots in the province is very convenient. These places include the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yueyang Pagoda and Heng Mountains. |
